When I was an officer at the fire station nearest the University of Colorado, our station had more after-dark calls than any other station in the city – and many were false fire alarms. The data was accurate, but it only identified the problem. It did not give us the information we needed to truly understand the problem so that we could solve it.
I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.
